Excellent re-model! The content/widgets are very well placed as well, making for an eye-pleasing visitor experience.

    Hi Ben,

    Site look great..

Just one thing - I clicked on the 'Add to Cart' button on this page:
    http://grabapple.com/e-commerce-riches/

And it just refreshed and showed me the image by itself - then very oddly, I tried it again & it took me to the PayPal site, then I tried a third time and I got the image again!
( when I hover over it it shows "http://devgrabapple.benpyman.com/wp-...011/12/buy.png" as the link )

Ahhh, just realised, there are two - one works the other is just a link to the image!!!!

And just some further feedback for your customer - I don't think I would be impressed to be taken to the paypal site before it is clear how much I am paying!
(correct me if I'm wrong, but it just lists the bonus's I'm going to get, but not the bottom line price!)

    Cheers Dave

Thanks for the heads up Dave. Have just fixed the button.

Dave H still needs to go through and re-add the images on those product pages... they are still sourcing from the dev location as we did a cut/paste of the page HTML to quickly get that content in. This was one site I decided to manually re-build (starting with Catalyst/Dynamik imports) from the dev location back to the primary URL rather than use back-up buddy to clone it in.

Thanks Eric and Dimitry for the nice comments!

This is amazing. Most of the sites of this sort I see are too glaring and noisy, but this is remarkably smooth to use and comfortable on the eye. I especially like the flow of color in the red-yellow-orange spectrum. The eye moves nicely - it's a combination of great placement of each element but also the way the colors pick up on each other from one area to another, yet also have a lot of variety. My eye is first caught by the open book image - it's both strong and appealing to look at. Both visually and through nav, the site supports the sale perfectly. If I were in the market for a book like this I'd buy it.

    Great work.

Thanks for the great feedback John. I'll make sure Dave and Belinda who were also involved in the project get to read it too.

With glowing reports like that you might just become the 'official' unofficial Catalyst Forum site reviewer!!

Cheers and thanks again for the nice comments!

PS I notice Dave still hasn't re-sourced those images... still coming from Dev site...
