Looking for a decent review/testimonials plugin

Most of the ones i have seen and tried are buggy in some respect.
Any suggestions?

Want star rating and want to be able to approve/disapprove reviews before they get published and change the submit fields eg in some cases will be client testimonial needing company name and date along with review in others it might be a customer review and only need a name and date etc

Got this sorted.. had one sitting on my hd that i had purchased a a while back and kind of forgot about.
Dug it out and contacted their support and they got the issues with it fixed

I didnt give a link to the plugin i was using.
I'd have to go hunting for it
Which i can do if anyone is interested but cant right this moment.

Picked it up for peanuts a while back via wso
No idea if it is still available or not
