Please Fill In All "Name" Fields

I'm having a problem creating a Custom Widget Area or a Custom Hook Box. When every I click on "Add" I'm fine, but once I click on "Save" I get the error: "Please Fill In All "Name" Fields.

I don't have anything in Custom Layouts, Custom Widget Area, Custom Hook Box or Custom CSS...this is the first time I've tried it...so there is no "Name" fields to fill in.

I basically add one entry after filling in all the fields and when I click Save I get this error.

Not sure what to do next....

I've been trying to figure this out as well. I've followed the steps as justme's links shows, however, it's stil happening. It doesn't save my changes. I am creating a custom hook box with a Google Ad and I save it, go to another page, go back to Advanced, and the changes were not saved...

So I just completely reinstalled WP and imported my settings. Still happening and as stated in another thread, I followed the steps in the FAQ. THey didn't work...
